The Norman E. Day Elementary School is a vibrant and inclusive learning community serving students in grades 3 through 5. Our school is named in honor of Norman E. Day, a dedicated Westford educator and community leader whose commitment to excellence continues to guide our mission of fostering academic growth and character development.

As one of Westford’s upper-elementary schools, the Norman E. Day School serves as a vital bridge between the early childhood years and the transition to middle school. Our mission is to provide a supportive and challenging environment where students are encouraged to explore their interests, develop a strong sense of self, and practice the core values of respect, responsibility, and perseverance.
Our facility is designed to support a collaborative approach to learning, featuring modern classrooms, dedicated spaces for the arts, and expansive outdoor areas for play and discovery.
